Simple fruit salad.
Ingredients:
11 ounce can mandarin oranges
2 large apples
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup orange yogurt
2 tbsp orange marmalade
Directions:
1. Ahead of time, put the can of oranges in the refrigerator to chill.
2. When you are ready to prepare, drain the oranges.
3. Core the apples and cut into bite-size pieces. Don't peel unless you don't want peel in your salad.
4. Break up walnuts into small pieces.
5. Stir together oranges, apples and walnuts.
6. Mix the yogurt and marmalade together well then toss with the fruit.
