4 apples, peeled and diced
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts

1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream, unwhipped
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:

2. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
3. In a bowl using an electric mixer beat the oil with white and brown sugar until well blended (about 4 minutes).
4. Add in eggs and vanilla; beat until well combined.
