Ingredients:
4 large heads cabbage, shredded
1 pound carrots, shredded
6 medium red apples, finely chopped
3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Directions:
1. In a very large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and apples. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 42 (3/4-cup) servings.
