These are delicious, light and filling. Awesome for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
4-5 medium apples, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix all the ingredients in the order given and blend until smooth.
3. Line muffin tins with liners or grease and lightly flour.
4. Bake muffins for 20 minutes or until centers are baked.
