The muffins I make for everyone.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup soy milk
2 small apples, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup egg substitute, liquid
Directions:
1. Preheat oven around 375 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients in bowl, start shredding apple.
3. Mix in milk, butter, and finally the apple.
4. Pour into muffin sheets (there should be roughly 12 muffins).
5. Bake until center is no longer gooey, and tops are golden.
