Apple Maple Pecan Porridge

Ingredients:
1/3 cup porridge oats
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon wheat bran
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup apple, grated
1/2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl except pecans.
2. Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds, maybe more if needed.
3. Stir in pecans and enjoy.
