It is a refreshing mild ginger drink. Drink anytime of day or any seasons. Because of its thermogenic qualities it can warm you up on chilli nights or help with dieting. Adding chili powder can increase the thermogenicity, perfect for those who climb mountains!
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ginger
1 cup lemon juice
56 ounces apple juice
1 pinch chili powder
Directions:
1. Take a knife a gently tear away the skin of the ginger, then grate the ginger or keep it whole or use a combination. Add more to taste.
2. Remove one cup of Apple juice from the bottle. You need to make room for the lemon juice.
3. Juice the lemons. You may add more to taste.
4. Add all the ingrediants into the apple juice bottle.
5. You can add some agave nector for a sweeter juice.
6. Let sit overnight.
