Apple French Toast

This is a great breakfast that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
6 slices texas toast
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a pan, cook the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup; until it is slightly thick.
2. Pour the syrup into a 9 by 13 pan.
3. Peel the apples, and then cut into pieces, after cut put on top of syrup mixture.
4. Put the texas toast bread on top of the mixture.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
6. Pour the mixture on top of bread.
7. Sprinkle the pan with cinnamon, and then cover with tin foil.
8. Place pan in the refrigerator and leave it there over night.
9. In the morning, take tin foil off and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
10. Use a spatula, to get a piece out, and then pour maple syrup on top! ENJOY!
