Ingredients:
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 fuji apples, cored and thinly sliced
4 -6 belgian endive, halved lenghtwise and trimmed
2 cups green seedless grapes, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup toasted pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, broken into pieces
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, whisk together the sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Add the apple slices, endives, grape halves, and nuts to the bowl.
4. Toss to combine.
