This recipe is so easy to prepare. Using Oil instead of shortening or butter makes mixing it up a snap. I alway use more apple than called for. I fill my 4 cup measure heaping full.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups diced apples
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place dry ingredients in bowl and mix.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until moist.
4. Pour into Greased and Floured 9x13 pan.
5. Bake 1 hour on middle rack of oven.
