Ingredients:
6 apples, chopped or sliced
1 cup raisins, soaked in distilled water 15 minutes
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
2 tablespoons apple juice or 2 tablespoons cider
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine apples, raisins, and almonds in serving bowl.
2. Drizzle apple juice or cider over fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. (If the apples are not sweet enough, you can drizzle a small amount of honey over the fruit).
