Ingredients:

  • cut apples in dish (no quantity was given. i just fill up the pan)
  • (for variation on the water use cider or apple juice)
  • mix until crumbly
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Bake 1 hour 350
  2. For 9 x 13 pan double crumb
  3. (variation on crumb you can add some oatmeal I use this for topping on my pies as well it is so simple and so good. i had made a cranberry apple pear pie one thanksgiving and used this crumb top with oatmeal....delicious)
  4. This is one of my favorite recipes.
