Ingredients:
4 apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp margarine, becel
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
1. Peel and slice apples, toss with lemon juice. Place in a baking dish. Dust with 1 tsp of cinnamon. Mix melted margarine, oatmeal, brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. Place mixture on top of apples. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
