Apple Crisp Cheesecake

Came across this on and it quickly became a family favorite. Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar (in addition what is required on package directions)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (in addition what is required on package directions)
1 1/2 cups milk (or amount required on package of cheesecake mix)
1 (11 ounce) box no bake cheesecake mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups sliced apples, canned, well drained
1 cup vanilla wafer, crushed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (in addition what is required on package directions)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel sauce (ice cream topping)
Directions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until well blended. Press evenly onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Prepare no-bake cheesecake mix per package directions. DO NOT OVER BEAT! Gently stir in apples. Spoon filling evenly over crusts. Refrigerate 2 hours.
3. Mix wafer crumbs, butter and cimmanon until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over cheese cake. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
4. NOTE: Cook time is refrigeration time.
