Apple Crisp without rolled oats.
Ingredients:
6 cups peeled and sliced apples (i use mcintosh apples)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup stick butter (softened or melted)
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add melted butter to dry ingredients to form a crumbly mixture.
3. Spray a 9 by 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
4. Place peeled and sliced apples in baking dish.
5. Pour crumbly mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
6. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375.
