If you like an apple crisp with lots of crunchy topping, this is it.
Ingredients:
7 large apples, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups rolled oats
4 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
Directions:
1. Arrange apples in a buttered, 9 x 13 pan.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Combine sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon.
4. Cut in butter until crumbly.
5. Press mixture over apples.
6. Bake at 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes.
