This is a really yummy and filling smoothie, great for a breakfast or lunch on the go. If spiced apple yoghurt is hard to find you can use Sharon123's French Apple Yogurt. Recipe is from Kelloggs
Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup spiced apple yogurt
1 apple, peeled, cored & chopped
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
