Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream the softened cream cheese and add the vanilla to it
  2. Combine the sugar with the cinnamon and measure out 1 cup and set it aside
  3. Add remaining sugar mixture to the cream cheese and blend well
  4. Place a can of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 10 inch sqaure or similar baking pan ( open up rolls and pat to fit the pan
  5. Spread on cream cheese over rolls
  6. Open up apple pie filling and spread both cans over the cream cheese
  7. Place the second can of crescent rolls over the pie filling
  8. Sprinkle on the remaining sugar mixture on top
  9. Finally pour over the melted butter over the top
  10. Sprinkle on some more cinnamon if desired
  11. Bake in a 350F about 35 to 40 minutes until top is brown and bubbly
  12. Note: I found out its best to let the dessert stand about 15 minutes before cutting or scoopping right out of the pan
