A salad made of chopped apples, cranberries, and celery NOT in a mayonnaise dressing.
Ingredients:
3 apples
1 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Core and chop the apples into 1-inch pieces. Mix the apples, celery, cranberries and hazelnuts in a large bowl; set aside.
2. Blend yogurt, orange juice, and salt until smooth.
3. Pour over apple mixture and mix all ingredients together.
