Ingredients:
8 cups finely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head)
2 cups shredded carrots
2 medium granny smith apples, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup vinaigrette (your choice)
Directions:
1. In large bowl toss all ingredients except dressing.
2. Just before serving, add vinaigrette and toss.
