Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

Pancakes with no added fat or sugar.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk, non-fat, dry
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients, applesauce and water in mixing bowl until just combined.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into pancake batter.
3. Drop by 1/4-cup amounts onto medium-low non-stick skillet. Turn once when bubbles form on top of pancake.
