Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. STIR CORNSTARCH AND WATER IN A THICK SAUCEPAN UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. COOK UNTIL THICK.
  2. USE ON PANCAKES, WAFFLES, ICE CREAM, ETC
