Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter/margarine
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
3 cup(s) cooked brown rice (cook in equal parts water and apple juice)
2 medium unpeeled, cored, chopped apples
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) sliced celery
1 cup(s) toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. Heat butter and cinnamon in skillet on medium high til butter melts. Add apples, walnuts, onion, and celery. Cook 12 min or til vegetables soften. Add rice, water, and salt and heat through.
