Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup oatmeal
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 3/4 cup diced apple
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the apples and raisins during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
