Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose white flour
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/3 cup applesauce, unflavored
Directions:
1. Heat Skillet and coat in cooking spray.
2. Combine ingredients in medium size bowl.
3. Ladle out 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and lightly brown each side of the cake.
4. Flip to slightly brown each side.
5. Serve with fruit/syrup/etc.
