Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

This is good served with milk and a sprinkle of sweetener of your choice(sugar, brown sugar, or honey). Wonderful on a cold morning.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1 apple, peeled and diced
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine water, apple juice, and diced apple.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in rolled oats and cinnamon.
4. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
