It?s something I just kind of made up one day since I had a giant bag of apples and I was the only one in the house eating them and not fast enough! Contains 3 Super Foods as per CC's recent article (20/04/10) especially if you use pomegranate or OJ instead. * Leave peeling on apples and chop before placing in blender.
Ingredients:
2 small apples
3 tbsp quick oats
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 cup ice
1/2 cup light cranberry juice
1 packet sweetener
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except ice and blend until smooth. Add ice, blend again until smooth.
2. Travels well if you are in a rush in the morning. Put in a travel cup and stick a straw in, yum!
