Ingredients:
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 medium apples, peeled and cored and roughly diced
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground fresh nutmeg
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup golden raisin
Directions:
1. Mix together the sugar,cinnamon, nutmeg and apples in a bowl. Reserve raisins for later.
2. Sprinkle mixture and raisins into dough for buns or pancakes or whatever and bake.
