Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons agave syrup

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk; stir in shallots.
