Ingredients:
4 cups ice cubes
2 cups 100% apple cider
1 1/2 cups chopped peeled honeycrisp apple (about 1 large)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
6 thin honeycrisp apple wedges
Directions:

Place first 6 ingredients in a blender; process until slushy. Divide mixture among 6 glasses. Garnish each serving with 1 apple wedge.
