Apple-Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
4 red apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup diced celery
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sharp prepared mustard
salt and pepper
lettuce leaf, washed and dried
1/2 cup chopped filberts or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Put apples in a serving dish.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery and cheese.
3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add to apple mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
5. Serve in lettuce cups sprinkled with nuts.
