Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
1 red apple, sliced
1/4 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup your choice salad dressing
Directions:
1. Combine lettuce, apple slices and celery in bowl.
2. Pour mayonnaise on and toss.
