Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups apples, cut coarsely (or applesauce)
glaze
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
1. Mix oil, eggs and sugar then add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 small loaf pans, 8 x 4 - inch, that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with glaze that has been boiled together and pour over baked bread.
