This is a simple apple salad that I threw together one evening with ingredients I had on hand. I prefer sweeter apples for this salad, but use what you like.
Ingredients:
4 medium apples, cut into chunks
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
