Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans
4 golden delicious apples, peeled cored and chopped
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Drain the beans.
2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
3. Blend on high until creamy.
4. Chill before serving.
5. Serve on whole wheat bread or crackers.
