From a church cookbook. I have never tried one of these, but this one sounds good, and easy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (15 ounce) can apple pie filling
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Crust:.
2. Mix well and press in a 9-inch square pan.
3. Filling:.
4. Blend together; pour over crust.
5. Topping:.
6. Spread on pie filling; sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top.
7. Bake at 450* 10 minutes, then 375* for 30 minutes.
