Apple and Cheese Pancakes recipe
Ingredients:
4 medium eggs, separated
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup apple, grated coarsely
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Directions:

2. Mix all of the ingredients, except the egg whites, together.
3. Beat the egg whites, then fold inches.
4. Spray a suitably sized skillet with cooking spray.
5. Heat the skillet.
6. Drop batter to form pancakes.
