Apple And Bacon Coleslaw

A quick and tasty salad.
Ingredients:
4 lean bacon rashers, cut into strips
1 red cabbage, finely shredded
1 green cabbage, finely shredded
1 granny smith apple, sliced
1/3 cup sultanas
1/3 cup walnuts
2 teaspoons seeded mustard
1/2 cup bought coleslaw dressing
continental parsley, to garnish
Directions:
1. 1. COOK bacon in a non stick frypan until crisp, drain well and cool.
2. 2. COMBINE bacon with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill.
3. 3. GARNISH with sprigs of Continental parsley. Serve immediately.
