Apple, Almond & Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons green onions
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup oil
romaine lettuce
watercress (i use red leaf if i can't find watercress)
2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
3 red apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup toasted almond
Directions:
1. Mix salad greens, blue cheese, apples and toasted almonds in a bowl.
2. Process dressing ingredients in a blender and serve over salad.
