Australian-style Anzac biscuits. Makes 24 biscuits.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut, dessicated
120 grams of butter, melted
1 tablespoon of golden syrup
2 tablespoons of boiling water
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients.
2. Spoon 24 balls of biscuit dought onto a greased oven tray. Flatten slightly with fork dipped in flour.
3. Cook in a cool oven 150-160 centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
