Beat the cals, heat and hunger together !! Ingredients:
2 finely chopped cucumbers |
2 finely chopped green onions |
2 red and firm tomatoes, finely chopped |
3 cups yoghurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
8 mint leaves (for garnishing) |
Directions:
1. Take a big salad bowl and mix all the ingredients. 2. Allow to stand in the fridge or out of it for 15-20 minutes for the flavours to set in. 3. Enjoy! |
