Any Flavor Microwave Cake in a Mug |

This is our Christmas present choice. We are making little baskets for all of our family and friends. We are all about convenience and ease of recipe, so it uses box cake mix to make recipes easily reproduceable for the recipients. Enjoy and share with your college bound students, teachers, but maybe not the dentist. Ingredients:
3/4 cup cake mix |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons oil |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients with wet and mix well. Microwave for 3 minutes. Enjoy warm with homemade whipped cream. (add ingredients into power mixer and whip until lost peaks are formed.).
2. We especially liked Spice, Lemon, and Carrot varieties for the cake. The skies the limit. :O).
