Antipasto Tuna Salad

You can eat this on its own or stuffed in a bun or wrap. It is delicious!!! From the 2010 MILK calendar.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 an english cucumber
1 bell pepper
2 cups cherry tomatoes; halved
1 1/2 cups bocconcini pearls
1/2 cup green olives with pimento
2 tbsp drained & chopped pickled hot peppers
2 cans chunk tuna, drained
salad greens
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonaise, basil and pepper
2. Mix thoroughly
3. Add cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, boccconcini, olives and hot peppers.
4. Toss to coat.
5. Using a fork gently stir in Tuna, breaking chunks slightly, leaving tuna in bitesize pieces.
6. Serve on top of greens
