Ingredients:
2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 red onion diced
1 block cream cheese diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup romano cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
fresh cracked black pepper
4 fresh garlic cloves chopped
dash of garlic powder for taste
fresh corn tortillas for chips
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
1. In A Small Sauce Pan Sauté Onion With 4 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil. Then Add All Other Ingredients And Cook Until All Cheese Is Melted. Then Pour Mixture Into A 8X8X2 Square Glass Pyrex Dish And Bake At 350 For 15 Minutes Until Nice & Bubbly. Cut Corn Tortillas Into Triangle Shapes And Fry In A Light Oil Until Chips Are Crunchy.
