This is my mother's recipe. She finally had to give it out because she was requested to make it so much. Once I got it, I also had to keep making it for my co-workers. Now, they have the recipe too.
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can jalapenos, diced
4 garlic cloves, diced
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 avocados, diced
Directions:
1. In blender, pulse the tomatoes for 2-3 seconds, pour in serving bowl (you don't want it to be runny).
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Stir well.
4. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marry flavor.
5. Serve.
