Annas Oh So Good Chili

This is my own creation of what we like in chili. Sweet and Spicy the sweetness depends on you. I hope you all enjoy.
Ingredients:
2lbs of beef or turkey
1 lg can of tomatoe sauce
1lg can of tomatoes diced
1/2 can tomatoe paste or more if you need
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 sm can garbonzo beans rinsed
1 sm can kidney beans rinsed
1 sm can beans and molasses
1 whole spanish onion diced (any type of onion will do)
1 whole green pepper diced
1 whole yellow pepper diced
3 celery stalkes chopped
8 mushrooms chopped
5 cloves of garlic more if you like chopped
1 tsp pepper flakes depends on how hot you like it
1 pkg of chili mix i use club house
2 tblsp of chili powder
2 good tblsp of brown sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa
fresh ground pepper
3 splashes of wortchestershire sauce
Directions:
1. fry beef or turkey in the pot your cooking your chili in when just about cooked add your garlic and hot pepper flakes and worchestershire sauce,
2. in a pan sweat your onions
3. add the celery cook for 5 min
4. fry mushrooms
5. add to the chili pot, continue cooking for abut 10 min on low heat.
6. Add your tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and tomatoe paste continue cooking on low for 20 mins.
7. add your chili pkg, chili powder, brown sugar, pepper cook for 10 min
8. add your cocoa
9. add your chopped peppers
10. garbonzo beans, kidney beans, beans and molasses, chopped olives
11. S and P to taste if you like
12. set on low cook for 2 hours
13. when ready to serve have chopped tomatoes , sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions to put ontop of your chili, mmmmm yummy enjoy.
