Ingredients:
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons toasted walnut oil
2 large green anjou pears, cored and sliced
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
cracked black pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine grapes, lemon juice, oil, and pears in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Arrange about 1 cup grape mixture on each of 4 plates. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon walnuts; sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
