Angies Sauteed Mushrooms With Anchovies

This recipe sounded so very good. I had never tried anything like it before. If you like anchovies I think you will find this a pleasant side.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
4-6 tails marinated anchovy
12 or more fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp dry white wine
pinch of pepper and salt
some basil (fresh ones preferred)
Directions:
1. Chop the marinated anchove
2. Clean the mushrooms.
3. Remove the stem and cut into 4 pieces.
4. Slice the garlic and set aside.
5. Heat up a pan with olive oil until 350F.
6. Add in garlic slices, stir until fragrant.
7. At this time you can add in anchovy, stir briefly and add in prepared mushrooms.
8. After all the mushrooms are evenly coated with anchovy, pour in white wine and flavour with salt and pepper. Stir until the mushrooms are cooked.
9. Add in basil when the sauce is getting thick.
10. Stir and serve hot.
