Angels' Chocolate Cake

To eat dessert without guilt! A chocolate cake recipe that I got from a friend who is studying in nutrition. Although very good by itself, I usually serve it as a boston cake with a cream boston light custard in the middle.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup splenda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup water
1/3 cup 1% milk
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one an angel cake pan, or a 9x13 inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, blend together the first 8 ingredients, adding them one at the time.
3. In another bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, and baking soda.
4. Add in the dry ingredients to the first mix. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake into the preheated oven 25-30 minutes. Can be topped with any glaze of your liking :)
