This is wonderful! Like strawberry short cake only better. Ingredients:
1 angel food cake |
1 cup boiling water |
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
1/2 pint whipping cream |
1 (10 -16 ounce) package frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
2. Add strawberries and chill until firm.
3. Whip cream and add strawberry mixture.
4. Cut cake into 3 layers; spread strawberry mixture between layers.
5. Chill.
6. Serve plain or with whipped topping.
